Refunds
Refunds for Goods
Refund requests must be made within 30 days after receipt of your goods.

We accept refund requests for goods sold on our Site for any of the following reasons:

Good does not meet the purchaser's expectations. The item must be shipped back at the purchasers expence for assesment to be made on the claims raised by the purchaser. 


Refunds do not apply to the following goods:

Opened Honey; Damaged epoxy resin tables caused by user neglect and failure to treat your Kauri Furniture with due dilligence as per any natural timber furniture item. Items that have bee left out exposed to the external elements.

Refunds for Services
We provide refunds for services sold on our Site as follows:

We offer a money back satisfaction guarantee to our valued customers.
Returns
Returns can be made in person at the following location(s): 38 Cambridge Street South Levin New Zealand.

Returns can be made by mail. To return a good by mail, follow the following procedure:
Products will need to be returned at the customers cost for assessment/reparation at our NZ factory.

Guarantees
The following guarantees apply to our Site:

30 day money back guarantee if you are not satisfied with your product.
Consumer Protection Law
Where the Consumer Gurantees Act 1993, the Contract and Commercial Law Act 2017, or any other consumer protection legislation in your jurisdiction applies and cannot be excluded, these Terms and Conditions will not limit your legal rights and remedies under that legislation. These Terms and Conditions will be read subject to the mandatory provisions of that legislation. If there is a conflict between these Terms and Conditions and that legislation, the mandatory provisions of the legislation will apply.
